FIP Return Policy

This is our FIP return policy. We are confident of the effectiveness of our GS-441524 therapy. If our GS-441524 therapy is unable to save your cat from FIP, we will refund 50% for all unused vials as well as unopened tablet strips. We cannot resell the products but they will be donated to cat shelters. 

Kindly note that this refund is only for owner whose cat has died and not saved despite being treated properly with Fipmed’s products for a minimum of 14 days. 

The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It also needs to be in its original packaging.

This guarantee applies to vials or pills purchased within 21 days of filing a claim. To cover shipping fees, shipping materials, labour, and transaction costs such as payment gateway fees, we charge a USD80 fee.

Unopened bottles should be stored at 3-8° Celsius or at room temperature for capsules, away from direct sunlight, until they are returned to us.

To prevent abuse, we will need the following documents (as a minimum) to process your claim:

  1. Attached your pet’s FIP diagnosis report and blood tests for confirmation of FIP.
  1. The clinical history records from your vet who has treated your pet as well as doctor certification of your cat’s demise from FIP.
  1. Dated receipts from the same vet.
  1. Completed returns form (kindly download here)
  2. Bank details – payment can only be made to you or the treating veterinary provider.

Providing the above documents to support your claim will help us to process and issue your refund without delay. We may contact your veterinary provider or you if we require more information to support your claim.

Failure to do so will result in non-payment of your claim unless there are exceptional circumstances.


• This guarantee does not apply to purchases made through any donation programme.

• Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the initial shipping.

• We will check your item upon receipt and tell you that we have received your returned item. After checking the item, we will quickly advise you of the status of your refund.

• Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded.

• We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

• If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account.

• Depending on your card issuer’s restrictions, you will get your refund within a specific number of days.

• You will be paying the shipping fees when you return the item to us. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

• We cannot authorise or guarantee that your claim will be paid until we have a fully completed claim form and we’ve finished assessing it.

• Any items that do not meet our guidelines for a return, or returned without a return slip, will not be refunded.
