6x Strips FipMed Tablets x 10 days (for 3kg cats)

$850.00

FipMed GS-441524 tablets is an effective treatment for Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP).

Each FipMed tablet for 3kg cat contains 45mg GS-441524. It is formulated for cats weighing not more than 3kg.

GS-441524 is metabolically stable. However, the absorbed amount will not be fully metabolized after digestion. The estimated metabolized amount is sufficient for both Wet and Dry FIP. Please double the dosage for Ocular FIP and Neurological FIP. Take two tablets instead of one.

Each strip contains 10 oral tablets (10 days of treatment)

We recommend for all affected FIP cats to undergo below treatment protocol:

1. Treatment with daily injection for a minimum of 30 days

2. Followed by daily oral treatment with tablet for the remaining days until day 84

3. Force feeding throughout the duration

4. Subcutaneous drip of Hartmann’s or Lactated Ringers solution

5. For cats in severe condition, we suggest to hospitalise the cats during treatment duration

Vials:

Short Term (30 days or less) store in the ambient temperature of less than 40° Celsius,  away from direct sunlight.
Long Term (30 days or more) store in the household refrigerator between 3°~ 9° Celsius for up to 3 years for vials. Do not store the medicine in the freezer.

Oral Capsules:

Avoid direct sunlight and store at ambient temperature below 40 degrees Celsius for up to two years.

When can I start oral capsule treatment for my cat?

For  best treatment results, use oral capsules after 30 days of vials treatment or after your cat’s condition has stabilized, eating and pooping normally, and doesn’t display any neurological symptoms.

When not to use oral capsules?

While your cat still exhibits ocular or neurological symptoms or suffers from intermittent vomiting or diarrhoea. If the cat is not eating and requires force-feeding or subcutaneous (SQ) fluid administration.

How to choose the right type of oral capsule for my cat?

Choose the oral capsules according to your cat’s current weight (Every 10mg for 1kg of cat’s weight)

1kg – 1 quarter of 40mg tablet per day

2kg – Half of 40mg tablet per day

3kg – 1 tablet of 30mg per day

4kg – 1 tablet of 40mg per day

(Please round up to the nearerst kg. Please double the dose for Ocular and Neuro FIP)

How many times should I feed the medicine to my cat?

1 time a day, at regular intervals. Do not skip any day. Continue until 84 days or when all FIP symptoms have disappeared.

What should I do if my cat gained weight but the oral capsule that I purchased before is for cats that is below my cat’s current weight?

You should switch to the higher concentration of the oral capsule for your cat’s new weight. For example, if your cat’s weight has increased from 2.4kg to 2.8kg, it is recommended to increase the dosage to suit 2.8kg. This ensures that your cat is provided with sufficient active pharmaceutical ingredients for its treatment.

How many tablets do 1 strip of tablets contain?

One strip contains 10 tablets.

What should I do if my cat does not show improvement after using oral capsules?   Can I give him two pills per day?

Lack of improvement or deteriorating conditions are caused by either insufficient dosage or poor absorption by your cat’s digestive system. You should provide at least 5 days of oral capsules before determining whether there is a lack of improvement. After 5 days if there is no visible improvement of symptoms, you may increase dosage from 1 oral capsule to 2 oral capsules per day, or switch to a higher concentration of oral capsule. The best option is to  switch to vials. Vials are the most reliable method of delivering an appropriate dose of active pharmaceutical ingredients to your cat’s body.

How do I know the amount of GS that my cat will absorb?

Each cat has a different absorption rate for the oral capsule, based on genetics and health factors. The exact absorption can only be determined via a complex and expensive diagnostic procedure called HPLC analysis.

Is Oral capsules a better choice compared to Vials?

Each treatment option has its pros and cons. Both treatment options are effective against feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) infections. Vials are precise and more not subjected to absorption issues. The effects are immediate. We recommend starting all feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) treatments with vials. Oral capsules are easier to administer, cause no pain, and can be done easily at home. However, GS-441524 will take longer to travel to the bloodstream because it first has to go through the digestive system. It is also impossible to know how much of the GS-441524 is absorbed by the body to combat FIPV. We recommend starting oral capsules treatment only after your cat’s condition is stable. Feline infectious peritonitis virus often damages digestive organs such as the stomach, intestines, kidneys and liver as it spreads throughout the body. Damaged organs reduce digestive functions and will cause poor absorption of FipMed into the bloodstream.  When oral capsules are given too early in the treatment, it may cause prolonged treatment or higher chances of relapse in the future.

Can I switch back vials treatment after I started oral capsule treatment?

You may switch back to vials after starting oral capsule treatment.

My cat has relapsed, can I use oral capsules to treat him/her?

We do not recommend using oral capsules for relapsed cases. You should use vials and provide between 12mg-15mg for relapse treatments. Please consult us on how to properly treat relapsed FIP cases.

How long does it take for my cat to show improvement?

Normally cats will show improvement within 10-15 days of oral  treatment. Some cats will show improvement within as little as 5 days.

Why is oral treatment more expensive than vials?

Oral capsules require higher concentration of the active pharmaceutical ingredient GS-441524 to treat FIPV when compared to vials. Production of oral capsules is also more complex and time consuming compared to vial. These factors caused the price of oral capsules to be higher than vial.

Are there any side effects when using FipMed oral capsule treatment?

There are no known side effects when using our oral capsule.  You may use it in conjunction with other treatments and supplements recommended by your veterinarian.

What if I cannot feed my cat oral capsule daily at the same time every day?

For best results the oral treatment should be administered within a 3 hour window from the time of the previous day, 1.5 hours before or 1.5 hours after the previous day.

Can I return unused capsules for a refund?

We do not accept opened and/or partially consumed oral capsule packages. We recommend donate unused oral capsules to your veterinarian or other FIP cat owners so they may use the capsules to help save cats.

FipMed GS-441524 tablets is an effective treatment for Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP).

FIPMed tablets and dosage are formulated based on recommendations from Dr Niels Pedersen:

Wet / Dry FIP Dosage for Tablets:

Tablet Actual GS441524 Content: 15mg/kg

After 60% loss from digestion and metabolization*: 6mg/kg

Ocular / Neurological FIP Dosage for Tablets:

Tablet Actual GS441524 Content: 30mg/kg

After 60% loss from digestion and metabolization*: 12mg/kg

* Oral administration was also found to provide blood levels, but somewhat delayed and only at about 40% peak levels of subcutaneous and intravenous routes. GS-441424 is absorbed from the intestine with about 50% efficiency as subcutaneous or intravenous administration. Given the absorption limitations of oral GS-441524, one would expect the oral dosage to be around twice that of injections. (Niels Pedersen NC, 2018).

Each strip contains 10 oral tablets (10 days of treatment)

Provide 1 oral tablet per day for Wet or Dry FIP according to weight. 2 tablets a day for Ocular and Neuro FIP. Adhere to a regular, scheduled time.  Do not skip any day.

Ensure your cat is well fed (force feed if necessary).

Additional subcutaneous fluid daily will help hydrate your cat sufficiently during treatment duration.

Oral treatment can be taken with supplements without Lysine.

Just a piece of advice if your cats hate to be injected. With shots, I feel like that it is very helpful, and I made sure I get a new spot every time while switching sides each day. I also think they know we’re saving them, my baby just started to feel better today, and show some signs of progress and she immediately was kissing my face when I held her

It took a few months after we were done with tablets, but my kitty no longer hides at nightfall and gives us snuggles and love again. ❤️‍🩹

Verified

Peaches lost movement of her hind legs but regained full mobility at about day 70 of treatment. She’s all better now! She climbs around like normal now that she’s recovered. I believe the vial I purchased left me with magic…

Verified

Started and ended with pills. I think the last month I was giving 40mg 1/2 pills all at the same time. I have to say he was easy to pill. Open mouth wide, head back and down they went

Verified

Pills were more expensive for us. I think we had to give him 5 pills a day, at $6 a pill. It was not pretty. But it was worth it because he took pills more easily than tolerated injections.

Verified

I have recently found FipMed because my cat most likely is FIP+ve.

His name is Leo and he is 1 year old.

I bought the pills to help to diagnose my Leo. I am glad I started the treatment and it is working.

Verified

I feel like my little boy’s personality is changing since injections. I think he’s just mad at me. 😓 So I switched to pills quick. He’s no longer mad at me cuz he doesn’t realize he’s on meds haha. FipMed is really helping to improve my boy’s health!

Verified

Our 4.5 month old kitten just diagnosed today with likely FIP. My husband and I am really heartbroken and lost as to what to do…😞😿 I’m glad we came here with the recommendation from our friends. She said FipMed helps so we hope it will be helpful to our kitty!

Verified

I said no more cats after my Gracie passed away at almost 21 years old but now we have an Oscar and here’s who brought us to this FipMed website and who is considered cured for a few weeks now so thankful for everything!!! They could be twins😊

Verified

Mine doing better every day after consuming pills. He hasn’t had any abdominal breathing in a couple days now. Still has the wet cough but it’s improving. He’s supposed to be coming home Monday night if all goes as planned. Hopefully the rest of his test results will be back by then. He still has a Bart test and the allergy panel that his vet is waiting for.

Verified

I have 3 now, one recently diagnosed with FIP. I came to this website and got these pills. It works like a magic because within a few hours my cat started grooming like usual. Oh gosh I’m glad I found this!

Verified

After a cat is successfully treated for FIP can they become symptomatic again, or is it once they are cured they are cured for good? I hope this is the case for Jaen. The pills work well, I am just questioning…

Verified

Our cat, Luffy. My girlfriend and I rescued him and another kitten 2 months ago from Puerto Rico. They were extremely sick and needed a great home. They had eye, ear infections, respiratory infections, severely underweight and anemic.

Since they have been doing better but one has had a drastic decline in his health and lost all of the weight he’s gained. He is extremely sick. I took him to the vet this morning and he has been diagnosed with FIP. The vet recommended we put him down but we couldn’t do it.

I originally didn’t want any kittens or cats but they grew on me and I my girlfriend loves them to death. I’m glad we found FipMed. We opted for injection and guess what? His health has gotten so much better now!

Verified

Huge difference for Peaches before and after treatment. I started treatment on January 27 but on February 11 her pupils were unequal and her dose was increased. Now she has fully recover! The injection definitely worked.

Verified

Well my Alex had wet FIP, however get gets this dark spots on his nose( they come and go) , and always has dark eye boogers. I don’t know if it has anything to do with FIP, vet doesn’t really answer me when I ask. However else he is perfectly healthy and VERY playful! Cured since Feb 2021.

Verified

I gave my Molly shots for 21 days, it was a struggle for all of us. My 93 yr old mother would hold her, we used a grooming bag, covered her head because she wanted to bite. I made myself sick worrying about giving her the shots. We all cried. I admire those that can do the shots the whole way. I just couldn’t. With the shots after a few ( she had dry FIP) she was acting normal, eating, playing it was awesome. She takes the pills really well. I scruff her, and push them in and she swallows. She’s small, only weighs 7.5 lbs and her 40mg of pills. I have both 30mg and 40mg pills. But giving her 4 of the 40mg has been easy! They’re more costly, but so worth it, at least for me. Her second labs came back awesome!

Verified

🧡 I would just tell Cros every day, “I’m just trying to save your damn life!”

Even today on the long ride home from the vet and he’s yelling at me….I told him-“ I didn’t ask you to do this. We could have been just fine and sailing into a cure. Butttt noooo!” 🤣

Even now, I’m still getting purrs and head rubs from him!

Trust the pills and treatment, everyone! 🧡

Verified

My two fosters have been on pills from the get go. One has now finished her 84 days and the other one is nearing the finish line. Dosing was once a day. The one currently still receiving medication gets three pills at one time. She’s very good about taking them with a pill popper.

Verified

Luna had ocular and her retina detached. While the fluid in her eye went away, she did develop cataracts due to the detached retina. However, she didn’t and doesn’t need an enucleation anymore. Sees great with her one eye and a little bit with the one where the retina is still hanging on. Be positive your baby will make it to a cured state and be confident when doing the injections. I promise it’ll make a HUGE difference.

Verified

We are in day 36 and Mollys blood work yesterday is purrfect and she’s doing great thanks to the vials. Before i thought she’d be gone❤️. It’s not easy but so worth it to save your for family.

Verified

Our Mini, I thought she was mad at us for putting her through this. We would give her Churu treats after the meds and just keep loving on her. After she was done with the bitter pills (I suppose), we think she knew what we were doing and that it was for her own good. Now she comes up to us when we get home and loves to be held and have her head scratched while we’re holding her. Just keep up the good work and the bitter pills will be over soon enough.

Verified

My guy regained normalcy in his eyes about a week or so after we started treatment with the help of Fipmed. He was on 2 shots a day for first 5 days, but I’d say roughly around day 10 is when he seemed to start regaining his eyesight. He was completely blind when I started too. I definitely recommend getting prednisone drops too as it helps with the inflammation

Verified

My Mexican boy Guapito was on his deathbed (2 vets had said to euthanize him), but within a few days of starting the injection medication, he was eating and more active. Skeptical, we had only ordered a week of FipMed, but after seeing such a dramatic improvement, we gladly stayed the course and finished the treatment. That was two years ago, and Guapito’s been thriving ever since.

Verified

I treated a very picky ragdoll. She would only eat freeze dried beef for the first ~6 weeks of treatment. Around week 8, I caught her nibbling a fellow foster’s wet food. Soon after, she was interested in “normal” treats. On the day she left for her forever home, she ate a Churu tube that I squeezed for her. Remember that even though our feline friends seem better super early into treatment, they’re healing for the entire period of treatment. Fingers crossed that Dubu will get over her diva ways with food.

Verified

I switched to the pills for Tiger and he takes 2 a day based on the size of the pill and his dose. They told me to give them at the same time. It actually works for me cause Tiger is also on heart meds now too (he’s 13yrs old) so I just give him all his meds at once.

Verified

For my jellybean, I have to remember I’ve saved her life with these pills. We’re on day 21 and then the next moment she is playing with her sisters as if she doesn’t remember the pain of being a FIP patient. Every night she comes and snuggles with me now. Thanks FipMed 🤞🤍

Verified

The first couple of weeks, and the last are the hardest. Truly. You just want them to graduate and leave FIP asap. After pills, our boy would “rage eat” 😹. I just hope my boy will maintain a good health!

Verified

Our kitten had fluid filled tummy – he is nearing the end of his treatment now and doing so so well now – the injection treatment has worked wonder for us – hope it does for everyone too 🙏🏻

Verified

Our Cheddar (Cheddy) is 7.5 weeks into observation and thanks to Fipmed for everything! I am glad it is working for my Cheddy!

Verified

JY was diagnosed with FIP when she was a baby. Now she is under observation thanks to FipMed!

Verified

Never ever owned a cat or wanted to own a cat. Until my granddaughter moved in with me. Now we have three, one with FIP. I never thought I could love a cat so much. My friends are still amazed I have 3 cats and my family calls me the crazy cat lady! It’s a name I cherish! We are nearing the end of Tiggers treatments. He relapsed the first time around. The second time around we realized near the end he was being under dosed. Praying this time 3rd does the trick.

Verified

My cat got his appetite back immediately after starting meds! He was too weak to eat it himself for a few days (dry neurological FIP) so I hand-fed him his wet food until he got stronger. He eats like a monster now. Good luck everyone!

Verified

My luffy is on day 11 of treatment and he is a completely different kitten he is playful and snuggly and has the biggest appetite.

Verified

My boy is growing an intolerance to the gaba. He has a couple sores that I spray but he is also sensitive to being picked up. I have to use shots anyway. We are on day 47

Verified

My cat started to eat within 24 hours after starting the FIP medicine. I’m thankful!!

Verified

We started on pills (only been a week) because we were worried of him clotting/bleeding. It’s not fun giving the pills but it’s easier than we thought. It takes 2 people, Atleast for us. One to pry his mouth open and me to drop the pill in. He takes 8 pills a day. 4 in the morning and 4 at night. We timed it and it takes about 1 minute each time. Less than 5 minutes a day all together and I’ll stay on the pills as long as we can.

Verified

It seems to me that letting a cat die when there’s a treatment available is what would be cruel. The pain of the shot is very fleeting. The healing the shot brings is life-giving. If no injection, you could choose pills. That makes it an easy decision for us. I really detested when I heard I should put it down. Injection is really not much different than a blood draw for us. Do you like it? No. Is it really a big deal? No. So if you dislike injection, just choose pills instead. I hope everyone will give kitty the chance to live. You can always choose pills like me. My Belle now is running so fast. I’m glad I chose pills and not death.

Verified

Lola’s blood results a day before starting GS (August 18th)vs only a month later (the paper results)😍 this works!!

Can’t believe the difference, she’s back to her normal self! Long way to go and hopefully in the future there’s a better way to figure out when a cat is deemed ready for observation as I know some can be before 3 months but currently there’s no way to tell. FipMed is really a recommended product!

❤️

Verified

my cats (Mac Mac) could have FIP. My vet recommended me this product. I already lost one cat this past summer and don’t think I could bear to lose another. I am thankful of how FipMed is working for Mac Mac now and I wish him healing journeys only.

Verified

Cookie is almost 4 months old. She was diagnosed with FIP. Her sister died a few weeks ago from fluid in her lungs. She also has a brother and her momma is sick. Cookie needs to find some FIP medicine till I found this website for treatment. Cookie has now drink water and eat like normal though she was refuse these last week. I am always grateful of FipMed!

Verified

Our boy has completely recovered from FIP — almost two years since he was cured. He had to have abdominal/intestinal surgery in May for a blockage, but that wasn’t related to FIP. He’s 3 years old and very feisty, and you would never know he was so close to death that two different vets said to euthanize him.

Verified

I know any leakage seemed to really aggravate my boys skin, so I’d clean it gently after each injection. He’s got to nickel size bald patches where hair never grew back from leakage. Luckily he’s so hairy you don’t notice until bath time. Also, everyone please make sure you’re only sticking it in your tent and not actual muscle.

Verified

My cat was picky during treatment and finally found that boiled chicken for the win! He also really loves chicken flavored Churu. I’m glad these pills are working and his appetite is back!

Verified

I give him lots of treats and churus when I give pills. I just hope its not so bitter for my Butter. I’m on day 13 and pills are working. Everyone, don’t give up on your cat. Mine appetite is coming back so fast!

Verified

Another of our foster cats has been diagnosed with wet FIP that’s 3 of 7 in one litter.. They’ve been getting better with the pills but I wonder when they will recover fully? I just hope all will get better soon!

Verified

I recently came to this website because when I took her to the vet on 09/19 for her 3rd eye showing significantly & her eye being swollen, she wasn’t eating/drinking a whole lot, & the day I took her in she hadn’t ate breakfast or drank or used the bathroom that I saw, I was at work for 4 hrs.

Long story short, the Dr. said she was concerned it was FIP & wanted to do blood work to rule it out or find out if it is FIP. The Dr didn’t ask me if I wanted the blood work done before doing it, never told me that the dye she put in her eye & the blood work – including the results would cost extra. I was devastated but thank god I found this reliable vials for my kitty. I am really grateful at how helpful it is but at the same time the cost is somehow quite high for me.

Verified

I did 30 inj. and it broke my heart every night. There were many times I wanted to give up but there was know way I was going to. I dreaded it. My Tiny Tina screamed and tried to bite every night so now we switched to pills instead, that saved us. Please don’t give up everyone, treatment goes by faster than u think. Tina is now 15 day cured.

Verified

Baxter is on day 5 of treatment and his pupils are now different sizes. Has anyone else had this happen?! He was doing well though…

Verified

I switched to pills after I think exactly 3 weeks! And it was the greatest decision we ever made. And it was stupidly easy to give the pills. Open a Churru, pop the pills inside, and right before dinner or any meal, give them the churru and as far as the kitty’s concerned, it’s just a delicious chunk of fish or chicken! Super easy!

Verified

I have been through with my Luna. She got so bad that she went limb on me, wouldn’t eat, drink or use the bathroom and had a 106.8 fever.

We started treatment almost 1 yr and now she’s 6 months cured.! You’re in the right place, here in FipMed! I promise it’s a crazy rollercoaster but so worth it.

Verified

Herbert has been cured almost 2 years now of wet FIP and you’d never know he was ever sick. Thanks to the meds!

Verified

One year ago today baby Cannon went into the hospital after a month of weird symptoms that wouldn’t get better with antibiotics… thank goodness we decided to do another xray which showed a tiny bit of fluid in her chest and I took her through emergency where she stayed 5 days in oxygen and learned about fipmed injection! It was the most difficult thing I have ever been through with an animal and we both still have some PTSD… but she’s been considered cured since March of this year, and besides her boredom from me not playing with her 24/7… she’s doing great! She even has some cool battle wounds and missing fur to show for it! Even when you think this isn’t going to work and it’s so hard having to stick them like 5 times because they freak out or it leaks… keep going!! Much 💛💛💛 from Erin and baby… now adult (but forever baby) Cannon!

Verified

The pills worked like magic! My Luna is attached to me after treatment. She lays down next to me as I read, watches shows with me, and sometimes sleeps with me (if she’s in the mood to cuddle).

I promise, it gets better! Remember keep a positive outlook. Law of attraction is real!

Verified

My kitty is past observation now. She was always a loving kitty before, but now, she is even more of a love bug. I think it just takes a lot of time and patience. I’m glad I’m a life saver! Thanks to this meds!

Verified

Our Garfield is a totally different cat from when we first got him, found out he had FeLV, and then FIP. FIP treatment was the best thing we could have done for him especially through the meds. If only it would cure him of his FeLV too. 😔

Verified

There’s a few second grumble from my kitty due to the short sting as it’s being dispensed (injection). I couldn’t withstand the scream so I chose pills now. It’s been working for my Naruto!

Verified

My cat was terrible acting but I rolled the pills in butter like the cat lady does. My cat is cured the pills worked great!

Verified

Baby Boy has been cured for almost a year. He is also hyperthyroid & we finally got that under control. The only difference is he has ptsd from needles * we changed to FidMed pills on Day 37*. If I ever have to do IV fluids I don’t think it will be doable. He had a dental yesterday & is recovering.

Verified

Hello everyone, Little Buddy here checking in to share my awesome news…..yesterday after reviewing my final observation bloodwork, my admins said “Congratulations you are officially CURED from FIP”

Today we WIN!

THANK YOU FIPMED!

Verified

I just really want him to feel better soon. He isn’t himself at all. It happened so randomly and quick. Lethargy, no appetite, confusion, and a distended belly. 104 temp. My poor baby. Thank you FipMed for the pills. My kitty is somehow getting better and netter now ❤️

Verified

My cat had dry FIP. After a few pills she was eating, gaining weight, playing acting pretty normal again. This is a great brand, lots of support and lots of information!

Verified

Rescued a kitty and within a few days her eye was clearing up and she was starting to act like her normal stuff. I wanna say within a week her eye was back to normal. Thanks to the injection.

Verified

We did 77 shots in 45 days before switching to pills because I believe it was less painful for my kitty. My baby boy is now never stopped loving on me! Thanks FipMed!

Verified

The pain doesn’t stop after injection 😞 we eventually felt so bad and it got so bad we had no more space to inject because of all the lumps we were able to switch to pills thankfully 💜💜 of course they are more expensive but it was life changing for both us and our kitty.

Verified

My GeeGee never fully recovered. He has permanent neurological damage and what I’m guessing is damage to his spinal cord. He doesn’t know when he’s pooping and will leave a trail of turds 😂🤣 We have no carpet in the house whatsoever, so I flush the poo and wipe down the floor. He also is still somewhat wobbly and uncoordinated. He runs and plays and can jump on the couch, etc and has a very happy, active life. He is spoiled absolutely rotten and we adore him and think he’s perfect just the way he is. But, he definitely was permanently affected by FIP. In a way, meds helped. That’s all that matters now.

Verified

Our sushi was cured as of 3 months ago. He had neuro/dry. The only lasting effects he has is he doesn’t like being handled after being tormented with 85 days of shots 🙁

Verified

We are just starting this journey of shots and went back to our vet, they increased gabapentin and applied pain meds to back of neck just today. Now, cheddar thinks he’s Superman. The pain patch only lasts 4 weeks and I’ll do it as often as they allow him to get it. ❤️‍🩹

Verified

it feels like it’s been getting harder with my kitty because he keeps running away mid injection, even after gabapentin. Sometimes I want to cry… it sucks. So after I changed to pills, everything has been more smoother. I wish for speed recovery for my kitty!

Verified

We were incredibly fortunate that Snappy D met the criteria for potential success with pills. And so far we have been very pleased with the results. But then he is a very sweet little guy and he takes the pills like a champ. We have other cats that would be a nightmare to pill and we’d have had to stick with injections if we were treating them. So far we’ve noticed no declines for pills and we are excited for his 60 day labs this coming Friday!

Based on my experience, the amount of injections or dosage is based on the severity of the FIP, as well as the weight of your baby. The medicine does sting for the first 5 seconds but I kept mine in the fridge and would entice Lina with treats to take her mind off it. The cost can get pricy but to me it’s worth it, if I had to do it all over again and I will guarantee the same results, I would have no questions asked. The medicine for me and Lina worked. There are different brands out there but I would strongly suggest and recommend FipMed or see which best fits your situation.

I’d say the biggest thing with treatment is be positive, patient and confident.

Positive thoughts being about positive actions and results (law of attraction)

Be patient because there will be ups and downs, but hey! That’s part of life.

Confidence in your baby, that they’ll beat this. In the medicine, that it’ll work. And confidence in you, to administer the medicine correctly and that you are always happy and positive as cats mirror us and our emotions/personality.

I promise you, and many out there will tell you, it’s worth it.!

My cat had ocular FIP. While starting treatment, I also worked with an ophthalmologist. From what I understand, it’s important to get on prednisolone eye drops too after injection. My cat had uveitis in both eyes and both retinas detached. His eyes were pure white (cloudy). He did recover fully and has no vision problems. After starting GS, we started to see improvements by day 7. By 2 weeks the uveitis had almost cleared up. Thanks FIPMED!

I was so worried at first. My Elodie is on the 2nd month of observation now. She’s returned to her quirky loving self… she still loves me..she once again climbs up on my stomach, chest, etc makes biscuits waking me up in the middle of the night, then flops down in a curled sleep for a while, then abruptly jumps off waking me again..so her old sweet little happy self routine has returned ..thus is SO hard to go through but I am SO HAPPY that she’s still here with me!!!! It’s so worth it, they definitely will forget any pain and be happy again. Let’s combat FIP toegether!

We have a 5.5 lb foster kitten who we are treating for FIP. Giving shots is so horrible that we are about ready to give up on him. I know that sounds bad, but he screams and tries to get away and it feels like we are torturing him. Until I was recommended to give pills. It was hard so we put them in the wet food so he couldn’t recognize the smell at all. Thanks to the one who recommended, now my boy is all good, active and energetic!

Drug her before with gambapentin. We found the sweet spot about an hour and a half before shot time. Usually our girl was too out of it to care. I didn’t like doing that, but now she’s alive and we don’t have to do it anymore!

My Liza Meowlli has been cured since August 2021. She was a neuro girl. She has hydrocephalus that has persisted. We’re not sure she didn’t have it prior to FIP though. At any rate, it’s managed with medication and she’s doing really well and is 8 yrs old.

We already had our first pills tonight, and we are on the path to recovery. Thank you so much FipMed for the support and information about FIP. We will definitely need it on this long journey.

Does everyone deal with their kitties pain from the injections? Feeling a bit low today as whenever I try to pick my cat up she cries from all the painful injection sites on her body…

My sweet baby, Tanso. He’s just about a year old. I was told today that he has wet FIP, and my vet recommended I find online resources which is how I managed to find FipMed. I’m a bit distraught right now, but he still has some energy and appetite, so I’m hoping these pills will help and fight to keep him healthy. I love all kitties, but he’s the most special little guy I’ve ever met, and I love him so much. I ordered today after reading all these good reviews. I’m going to give a try!

This is 5 month old Raja, neutered male who currently has FIP. I took him in the vets today to have is stomach drained – approximately $500. Spoke to Petsmart representative from where we adopted the cat 2 months ago and was told after the fact of getting his stomach drained that he would eventually pass within a short time. I’m glad I came across FipMed… He’s still on injections treatment. Let’s hope for the best!

The first two and last two pills. I swear I had panic attacks daily the last two weeks of Floofs treatment. I just want it to be well. I’m thankful how effective the pills are!

My cat was rushed to the ER when she couldn’t breath. We did X-ray and bloodwork and vet said it’s pneumonia. She’s on oxygen 60% and fluids and antibiotics. My friend said it could possibly be FIP. I asked my vet and he flat out said it can’t be FIP because the fluids are inside the lungs and FIP fluids is in chest cavity, however, my friend says FIP could be inside the lungs too. I just straight away bought the meds from here. I couldn’t believe they work like magic. My cat is now healthy and running like a ghost. Thank god, thank FipMed and thank you everyone who pray for me and my cat!

It’s not Christmas time, just posted it for the picture of Julian! I want to report that we did a full panel blood test on Julian for his third birthday and the results were amazing! Everything was perfect including his neutrophils which had always been off before. He was cured on 12-25-21. Things couldn’t be better! He now weighs 13.3 pounds. Never give up hope! Our Julian is doing great!

My boy cannot handle pain. I believe pills somehow can manage the pain and also significantly reduces pet anxiety. My boy isn’t afraid of the medication because of churu. He isn’t happy about the shots so I opted for pills and it worked though it can be costly!

My Bella had her tummy drained twice before we realised it was FIP. I was told later it was a bad idea but luckily Bella got on shots treatment quickly and is still here 3 years later. I wish everyone here all the best .

I’m so proud of my sweet pea. She’s come so far. From being close to death from FIP, not walking, weighing only 2lbs from not eating, being dehydrated, tremorring, her eyes showing signs of nystagmus and getting an eye infection to looking lively and very healthy. She’s back to being her normal Karma cat self. She takes her pills like a champ as long as I make sure she’s got food to bite down on, or I give her my hand after as a way to say sorry I had to. She has a change in characteristic though. She definitely gives me more cuddles, and soft love bites now. I love her so much. Every penny has been worth saving my sweet girl. Thank you all for praying for my Karma. God answered!

Treatment is hard for both sides, and his body is fighting this horrible disease. Our boy is a snuggler and a huge love now, I think he knows we helped save him.

Someone suggested I give my baby a churu while I give him his pill and this works great! I put it on a plate and while he’s chowing down. He’s not afraid of pills now!!

Day 43 and Snappy D is back to harness training. We had to stop while using injections as we didn’t want to irritate his skin but after 2 weeks on pills he’s excited to be back in his stylish vest!

I have 2 FIP survivors. Both have been cured since 2021. Have been completely normal cats since completing treatment. You wouldn’t even know that they were once at deaths door unless I told you.
